Return PolicyStitchArt Needlepoint offers a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange (less the shipping fees) on all unused merchandise in new condition. We will not accept used, dirty or washed products. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 90-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages. Certain products offered with Free Shipping will have the shipping fees deducted from your refund if returned to us. If your order is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to it. If an order is refused at delivery, our actual full shipping costs (to shipping address and back to us) will be deducted from your refund.
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your purchase carefully when you receive it. If there is anything wrong, please contact us immediately and we will ensure you get an immediate replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Number and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
2. We will give you an RMA number for your order. Without prior authorization, we will not be able to accept any returns.
Please Note We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, all shipping & return shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products.
- We will exchange or issue credit within 14 business days of receiving item(s).
- RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 90 days from the date the product was shipped. After 90 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
- All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
- StitchArt Needlepoint will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. If we do accept it, a 15% restocking fee will be withheld/charged.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
- Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped.
- Please read the warranty included with each product if you need assistance with a product 90 days after purchase.
- Your credit card is only charged for items available at time of purchase, backordered merchandise is not charged to your credit card.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISEPlease check your order immediately upon arrival contact us with any damages or errors within 7 days or arrival. Kids Bargains must report all damages immediately to the carrier for inspection. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. If products arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged parts. Sometimes products or parts get damaged during delivery. Important: If any package appears even slightly damaged during delivery, please write "PACKAGE DAMAGED" on the paper that you are signing to confirm delivery. If any package is heavily damaged, you may refuse delivery. This will allow us to ship a brand new product to you in a short amount of time. If a package arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISEStitchArt Needlepoint is committed to providing top quality merchandise and will work closely with our manufacturers to ensure product integrity. However, should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us via e-mail us or call. StitchArt Needlepoint reserves the right to replace the defective parts or ship out a new item and is unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives, but we will make an effort to correct the order. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. After 90 days of receipt, Donate Print cannot replace defective items and we will refer all issues regarding defective merchandise to manufacturer for warranty processing, if applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMSCertain products are non-returnable, these products are marked on the product page.

During an order process, all of your private information will be hidden and guarded using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to prevent outsiders from seeing it. Your credit card information is only used for authorization, we do not keep a record of your card number in our systems.
Several types of payment methods are available: Credit Cards Online, Credit Cards via Phone, PayPal, Google Check Out, Cashiers Check and Money Orders. We do not accept COD payment of any kind at this time.
We cannot accept orders requesting company checks or personal checks. Your credit card is only charged when your order is approved and processed. Credit card orders are subject to verification by the card issuing bank. For your protection, orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
CREDIT CARD Online: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do NOT charge "surcharges" for credit card transactions.
Credit card payments are authorized online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try. Your order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number you entered is authorized. Once accepted, the authorization process allocates the total amount of the order.
You should provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.
StitchArt Needlepoint is very aggressive in getting law enforcement involved in cases of obvious credit card fraud. Do not try it here or ANYWHERE for that matter!
CREDIT CARD via Phone: If you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information on the Internet, we suggest you place an order over the phone by calling our Customer Service department. We'll charge your credit card manually.
Typographical ErrorsStitchArt Needlepoint does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.
The products shipped remain the property of StitchArt Needlepoint until paid in full. Any legal expense toward collecting bad debts are buyer's responsibility.
